Initiate Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Hardware
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Affix Label
Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
